The goal of this study is to use survey data to do a segmentation analysis and
categorize members of a target segment. The analysis of this exploration is to
validate the usage of data science methods in marketing and sales by analyzing
customer survey data. This study is expected to lead to a better understanding of
data-driven corporate strategy. The development objective was to use current data
science methods to first segment clients and then identify members of the target
group.
