dc.description.abstract | As we have seen myocardial infarction i.e. heart attack and it mostly happens in patient who are older than of 45 years. It is more Common in patient younger than 45. But the disease contains considerable morbidity rate, when it happens at young age that means the patient is affected by psychological issue, financial remediation for the person and the family. The causes for myocardial infarction in young patient age less than 45 can be classified into four groups :- 1. Atheromatous coronary artery disease. 2. Non- Atheromatous coronary artery disease 3. Hyper Coagulable states 4. MI related to substance wrong use Approximately half of the young patient have single vessel the artery disease in up to 20%. Coronary angiography can be done in young patient with myocardial infarction to identify the anatomy of the disease and to allow the optimal treatment. | en_US |
