| dc.description.abstract | Project summary includes the various commonly tested laboratory tests and their methods,
principles, factors that causes that disease which is required to be test in laboratory and their other
diagnostic methods in the below given report several methods are described their pathogenicity in the
host for example Giardia duodenalis, an intestinal parasite. How government is taking great care in
eradicating tuberculosis by sanctioning DOTS programme for free medicine to patient suffering with
tuberculosis. Microbiology is a vast field connecting various other fields together like parasitology,
hematology, bacteriology, virology and serology together. Different diagnostic methods use different
kit company which has their own storage temperature and usage methods. Handling of specimen
with patient’s information on the collection tube and the test related to it are handled with great care.
Microorganisms that are found in the specimen are grown and their biochemical properties and
antibiotic susceptibility is tested for founding a better cure for patient. Better medicine is compared
