Since the beginning of May 2020, the covid-19 epidemic has infected more than 3.5 million people worldwide, with more than 250,000 dying as a result. While national governments are currently busy managing short-term impacts such as vacancy and planning policy, the long-term economic and social consequences can be far-reaching. As a sequence, it will have a direct impact on both each short- or long-term job experience, opportunities and clues. For example, health care workers and other senior staff work around the clock to provide appropriate and dedicated support services, while other staff members are forced to work from home, which requires online adaptation and practical work arrangements. Others face immediate or impending job losses as organizations cut back on service delivery and reduce customer demand.en_US
